Returns & Exchanges

How To Make A Return:
All returns must have prior authorization. Please email returns or call Customer Service at 888-453-0102 to obtain authorization prior to returning any item to insure proper credit. Once you call the number listed, you will receive a RA (return Authorization). In some Return item in its original packaging. Make sure to insure the package for its full price. You are responsible for it until we receive it. The Golf Club is not responsible the the cost of postage or shipping for any returns. Unless instructed to send the item directly back to the manufacturer, please make all returns to the address provided on the RA you receive. Include contact information, e-mail and/or phone number, and you will receive an e-mail once your return is credited to your account. We are committed to you, our customers -- even if you are making a return.

Warranty & Return Policies
The Golf Club strives to provide you with the best possible warranty and return policies in the business. All golf equipment purchased from The Golf Club is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty which is usually from 1-2 years from date of purchase. Please consult with us regarding a specific manufacturer's warranty policy.
Return Policy
The Golf Club will gladly provide a full refund for any unused golf equipment returned within 30 days of delivery. Once you have used the equipment, it is no longer considered new and will be valued based on condition for any used merchandise return (limited to 30 days from delivery).
The Golf Club used the PGA Value Guide for all Trade in and returned items values that have been used prior to the return.  Click the link to access PGA Value Guide.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

No-Lemon Policy:
The Golf Club provides you with our special 30-day "no lemon policy". This policy states that in the event that your equipment is defective (within 30 days of purchase) we will have your equipment picked up by UPS (free of charge, excludes International customers) and replace your equipment to you rather than make you wait for the warranty service. Your equipment will be returned by UPS ground free of charge (International customers excluded). If you have altered your equipment in any way, it is not deemed defective and is exempt from this policy. After 30 days have expired, you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for returning your golf equipment to The Golf Club for warranty service. Once returned, The Golf Club will replace your equipment with a new product or have the equipment repaired in accordance with the golf manufacturer's warranty policy (please consult with us regarding specific manufacturer warranties). The Golf Club will then ship your equipment to you UPS ground service free of charge (International customers excluded).
Special Order Policy & Individual Irons:
We do not charge extra for special orders. However, if a special order is returned or canceled before we can cancel it with the manufacturer, you will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($25 minimum). That's what makes them special...they're made just for you. Please make sure you are committed to receiving your merchandise when special ordering. Other special orders may be subject to other fees/conditions. Please call for complete details. Individual Clubs (Irons or wedges that are part of a set) are considered "Custom Clubs" by most golf manufacturers. And, many manufacturers will not take back clubs that are considered "Custom Clubs". For all Individual or Replacement Irons that are returned, you will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($25 minimum). At The Golf Club, our goal is to make sure that you, our customer, has a great shopping experience...not just the best price anywhere, but the best service, too.
Low Price Match

The Golf Club provides you with peace of mind knowing that you are getting the absolute lowest price possible on the 'net (all prices are in US Dollars). If, within 30 days of purchase, you find a legitimate adversised price (excluding "add to cart" pricing) price from an Authorized Internet Retailer (Excluding E-Bay) lower than that paid at The Golf Club, we will gladly match that price as a courtesy. An "Authorized" dealer is one that has been authorized by the manufacturer to sell their product on-line. For the major manufacturers, there are only a handful of truly "Authorized" Internet Retailers. Items must be exact and in-stock. But we are more than just low prices.
